Return and Exchange Policy 

At TIME CHECK, we believe in building lasting relationships with our customers. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for all watches purchased through our online store.

Exchanges (30 Days):

Changed your mind about a watch? No problem! You can exchange it for a different model within 30 days of receiving your order. The watch must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Return Procedure (Damaged/Defective/Incomplete Products):

If the watch you receive is damaged, defective, or incomplete, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Within 30 days of receiving your order, send pictures of the damaged/defective/incomplete watch to our customer support team by email ( or WhatsApp (+92 312 2446753). Be sure to include your order ID in your message.

  2. Resolution: Upon receiving your email/message with pictures, we will offer you a replacement watch or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Terms and Conditions:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Watches that have been damaged after use (e.g., scratches, water damage).
  • Watches that you no longer need or want.

Returned watches must be:

  • Unworn and undamaged.
  • In their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Please note: We are a cash-on-delivery (COD) business in Pakistan. In the case of a return for a damaged/defective/incomplete product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend you insure the return shipment for the full value of the watch.
