### Exchange (30 Days)
- You may exchange any watch within **30 days** of receiving your order
- The watch must be **unworn, undamaged**, and in its **original packaging** with all tags and labels intact
- Exchange is available for a different model of your choice
### Return for Damaged / Defective / Incomplete Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete watch:
1. **Contact us within 30 days** of receiving your order
2. Send clear **photos of the issue** via email (timecheckpk@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+92 312 2446753)
3. Include your **Order ID** in the message
4. We will offer either a **full replacement** or a **full refund** — your choice
5. **Return shipping is covered by Timecheck** for defective/damaged items

- Watches damaged after use (e.g., scratches, water damage caused by the customer)
- Watches returned simply because you no longer need or want them (change-of-mind returns without exchange)
